Finally - here is my card for this week's Clean and Simple Challenge #34 - to use blue, pink and green. It should not have taken so long! I also used the Fall-to Layout from the Clean & Simple Stamping blog. (It's very cloudy here today, and hard to get a good picture.)
The image is a stamp from the dollar section at Michael's. I colored the leaves, placed a button for the flower center and paper-pieced the vase. I cut and embossed it with a Petite Oval Nestability. It is matted with a scalloped Petite Oval. The border is embossed with a Cuttlebug border folder, scored with a Scor-Pal and matted. There is also scoring on both sides of the matting. The image is mounted on Pop Dots. The sentiment is mounted on Pop Dots, also. And please don't tell me it would look better with the sentiment stamped directly on the card front. I KNOW it would That's what I tried first, but I did not get a good stamping, so I had to use a longer sentiment and mount it.
