I made this super fast and easy crown from the Sizzix pillow box die. I came across the idea by accident after trying to make my first pillow box bucket the other day from the tutorial in the Resources section. I had cut too many of the pillow box and thought it really resembled a crown so I decided to make one in Brushed Gold cardstock and emboss it in gold with the Bella Toile stamp. Added the royal "jewels" from the Pretties Kit and clear rhinestone brads. I am going to use this as a basket for my desk as I am too old to play princess
This would be a fantastic Mommy & Me project to let your child decorate her own crown! I used 5 of the cut die shapes taped together.

Joanne- how very clever! I love recycle projects, only mine are never this pretty! And I don't think you are too old to be the Princess of your very own Stamp Castle. Go for it!
