Our TSC challenge for this Friday is to make a Sympathy card using ribbon, a punch and beads.
I stamped the sentiment with Versamark and heat embossed with Plum ep. I then cut out with a nestie die cut and sponged the edges with green ink. The black base is punched with EK success border punch and I used the negatives for the sentiment. I tore the edges of the black and purple panel which I ran through the CB using the Textile ef. I added ribbon and a spiral embellie.
We always seem to need these kinds of cards.
PS: OOPS! I just realized that I CHEATED and didn't use any beads! Oh my.......I'll be riding on top of the bus 4-ever!!!!!
What do you think?

This is a beautiful card. It is sure to bring comfort. Love the punched border and how you must of punched a hole to thread the ribbon through the purple embossed card (I'm glad somebody else used purple card I was a little oooo and a little eeeerrrr after I made mine, then I sighed with relief when seeing you had purple in your card too

Lesley - this is one of the most beautiful sympathy cards that I have ever seen! The sentiment is so perfect and it heals my heart just to read it. May I ask where you got that stamp with that beautiful sentiment? I would love to purchase it!
