I've really been enjoying making cards for the CAS Gallery to help me make some single-layer cards that are quicker than my usual style of layers & layers. I chose the CAS07 challenge of using Punches for this card which is for a young girl called Paige from the USA, who lost part of her arm in a boating accident. I don't know Paige personally but learned of her story from Paige's next-door neighbour's BLOG.
The Teddy was stamped onto Elzybells smooth white cs and was coloured with a mix of Primsacolor pencils, Gamsol and Acrylic paints. The sentiment is from my Elzybells Everyday Greetings clear set which made it easy for me to make up my desired sentiment, and was stamped with Versacolor Raspberry pigment ink and embossed with clear ep. I used my Scor-Pal to emboss a line underneath, then dry-embossed with my CB and small dots folder from the 'Just my Type' set. The punched border is the Arrow border by EK Success, but the little punched-out arrows looked like tiny hearts to me, so rather than discard them, I glued them around the Teddy. I added Kindyglitz Crystalina to these same hearts, the butterflies and the heart-balloon which always look garish in a photo but not IRL!! The ribbon was made in 2 separate elements.
Thanks for having a peek at my card!

Your coloring on the Teddy is so soft looking ... everything about this card is adorable and I know that Paige will love it!
