SC247 Polka dot wishes

Poster: HamiltonGal

For Sketch Challenge SC247. I inked up the birthday present with black versa mark and embossed with shimmery clear embossing powder. Cut and embossed panel with Spellbinders die, matting with scalloped rectangle. Added a smaller piece of Razzleberry that was run through polka dot CB folder. Larger panel is dp from DCWB and again framed in black. Everything is on a textured Pirouette Pink. Added a couple of black button brads and some polka dot ribbon!
