This is for the Technique challenge today...faux enamel. Since my kids were in school I broke into their crayons! This technique, I thought would be a big old mess but it was easy, fun and aside form some crayon shavings on the floor, it's not too bad! I really love the results too! For the button birdie, I punched a circle out of the faux enamel paper and sewed it onto the clear button back. The wing is covering the holes...
I used the sketch from the Res-Q-Challenge for this also...I think the birdie likes it!

Denise, this is so cute. I love your little enamel birdie. How creative to use the button and hide it with the wing! I love the colors of crayons that you choose to use.
