I opted to stick to humor, changed up the colors a bit and changed the image, made it into a larger format card. I know Teresa mentioned that she didn't care for this sketch, but I love it so much that I used her sketch last weekend, too.
It was serendipitous that I just happened to be working on this card as Anne Ryan referenced me as a Princess today. I about fell down from laughing so hard! So, Ms. Anne of Ryan, Queen of Networking and Sweetness ... here is what I have to say to that! If I were a princess, things would most definitely be different! LOL
Can't you just see this old brawd yelling this to her husband in the next room?!!! The image just cracks me up.
Congratulations, again Teresa! Hope I did right by you!
Thanks for looking and have a great evening!

I am going to pass on any remarks about old and/or broad and just say when you decide to do humor, you do it well. She seems to convey an attitude that I saw 19 years ago when someone (thankfully) invaded my space. You do good work girl. Your cards are almost as good as your cookingand way better than your cribbage game.

Better late than never! I love this image - it is too cute and all your choices of DP and embellishments and stuff just make it so great.
By the way, I noticed your comment about that tractor charm I used - got it at Mikes for a dollar (with 4 others). Wish I could find a bunch more!

OMG M, I thought for sure this was Anne Ryan, but then I saw "no red lipstick"!! Did she tell you that Debzi was fired as SCS #1 Detective. It appears that 4-digit IQ she brags about has done her in. I happened to catch a comment in Lovely Linda's gallery where Debzi herself said she was "dumb" because she guessed incorrectly a stamper's name after being given many a clue by Lovely Linda!! I immediately reported it to The SCS Ring Leader - Queen Anne of Ryan. She fired Debzi and named me the NEW CHIEF INSPECTOR. I am now known as Chief Inspector Fruitcake - Don't Ask - it's not a pretty story. But, back to your card, this is a pretty story, well the card, maybe not the image - LOL!! Love your papers, ribbon, ef, and your coloring of that horrific image is superb!!! Maybe this is Anne's twin sister or maybe the Betty Ford Clinic took away her "red lipstick"! I will make this a #1 top priority and my first case as the new Chief Detective! LOL!! Great job M. Keep 'm comin'!! TFS!

Both of these cards are fantabulous! Hillarious sentiments, but aren't we all princess's ( except for the Queen)! Fabulous layout and of course papers. Great card girl!
By the way I am an ace crib player if you need a partner~

Mr Chimay Blue, I must extend my compliments with leaving such a very detailed message for our lovely Ms Stamp Muse. I must admit; however, it does cause this wondering mind to drill deeper into the message(s) hidden therein. First, you mention 19 years ago; secondly, you made mention of your space being 'gratefully' invaded and thirdly, you've mentioned cribbage. I might suggest in the future you reserve these kinds of comments until you're sure I've already left mine. Otherwise, I am prone to surmising much!
