Since I was up earlier this morning due to my allergies. I decided to make a couple of Halloween cards and todays colors made it easier. The colors for todays challenge was to use old olive, black, and eggplant.
Here lately I have to use previous sketches to get my cards done, but that is ok right? Remember all those cute spiders that were around last year here on SCS with those peppermint patties candy. I decided to make one myself but by making a spider on my card. Here is the inspiration from "casegj "Forums at Splitcoaststampers. I had to make the legs using the corner punch, trimming a thin piece of orange c/s to fit because I don't have the corner punch from SU. I used my CB spider web emboss folder for the strip panel and the b/g behind the spider. I added a MS web punch to the corner. I also added the sentiment from MS Halloween sentiments. I tied a piece of scrap sheer ribbon, added brads to the corners, and googlie eyes to finish. I really hate spiders, but this one I thought was cute. Thanks for the challenge and dropping by.

How cute - love that DP, glitter, web, and your spider. The spider is so, so cute - and not scary at all which is the best kind of spider. I love all the extras you added to this wonderful Halloween masterpiece. Super job.
