I haven't stamped much for fun lately (other than forcing myself to make a couple of things for requests from ppl) b/c I haven't felt like I had much creativity. After re-arranging my craft room (or "croffice" as my fiance and I refer to it - part craft room part office) I was inspired by 3 challenges and came up with this card. I'm hoping this is the start to lots of stamping for fun again!!
Here are the details:
- Mr. Crabby Pants is stamped on watercolor paper then colored in using a Ruby Red marker and LePlume blender pen
- The ruffled scallop edge was made using an idea from Jan Tink (here's the link: http://stampspaperscissors.typepad.c...-a-tasket.html)
- The "sand" is made using a VersaMark pen and Golden Sand EP
- The white BG is stamped in Crushed Curry, Ruby Red and Brocade Blue using one of the Itty Bitty Backgrounds stamps
TFL! :o)
