This card was for the CAS31 Pop it Up challenge, but now I'm not sure if the patterned paper makes it look too busy. I'm just a bit enamored with PTI's green tea leaves paper paired with Clear Dollar Stamp's pretty perches--they just seem made for each other.
I stamped the bird in red chalk first (I can't seem to get a good image from these stamps using Memento or Palette, which is weird because the other set I have from them stamps beautifully), then stamped the birdcage over it. It was then cut out & popdotted (I added a little line through the loop so it looked like it was hanging from the flourish). I stamped the sentiment and cut the edge with Martha's cornice border punch. A target brad matched perfectly to complete the card.

Awesome. I like the DSP and the clever use of the flourish.

I think the vines behind the bird cage help to make that pop forward visually. No wonder you love that DP, it is gorgeous. The way you handled the sentiment was just the perfect finish!
