| | I used sketch challenge #244 to create my House Mouse Monday Challenge card #51. The House Mouse challenge is Song Titles/Lyrics. I picked the song The Monster Mash and since it reminds me of Halloween I created a Halloween card.
The black under the mouse is Black Flower Soft with Black Glitter added. Really sparkley IRL. I did a little something different when I stamped "BOO!" I wanted to emboss it white...but I wanted it sort of distressed looking. So when I stamped with the White Pigment Ink...I pressed REALLY HARD so the ink would puddle more on the outer edges. Then I waited a few minutes to let it dry some before adding the EP. It worked out perfect because only the outlined area was still tacky enough to hold the EP. So then I painted Moonlight Smooch over the inside of the letters. I got just the effect I was looking for! I sanded the edges of all the CS layers. I also decorated the inside of the card.
See more pics and a special version of the song I wrote on my blog ;) hee hee hee
