Today's Technique Lovers Challenge is to make a card using the masked frame technique found here: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
I already had this image and had ink smeared around the edge, so this technique worked great to hide that! It is a dry embossed image that was then stipple-painted with oil paint sticks. The paint has a slight shimmer to it. I stamped the swirl with Wild Wasabi and then sponged over that with Groovy Guava.

Anne, this is gorgeous beyond words. I love how the flourishes look as the frame. The embossed flowers are so pretty!! You really rocked this technique!!!
