What a totally interesting layout!!!! I LOVE it! I love all of the angles!
This image is a RAK and I colored with colored pencils. I added Glossy Accents to the "Brass" rings and handle of the base and also to the spade. I added purple stickles to the tips of the flowers. I added yellow stickles to the center of the flowers. I cut the image out with a nestie die and trimmed with an SU! marker and sponged the edges.
I used the MS fence punch (Can anyone tell me how to punch SU! cs with the MS punches? I find that the cs is too thick.......Any suggestions?). I had to punch onto white cs and sponge the colors of the fence.
I used SU! Itty Bitty stamp for the background of the base along with the Score-Pal.
The inside says, "It takes a long time to grow an old friend". Isn't that just lovely?
What do you think?

Beautiful Leslie! I love the inside sentiment too. Yikes- MS punches and SU paper. Well, the only MS I am taking back (forever this time!) is the lace border punch. All the other MS punches work great for me on SU paper. But that one is a stinker for sure! You sure dressed this up with the nestie and scoring. Love it! LYMI

I love this set. It's one of my favorites to watercolor, and yours is wonderful. As for the MS edge punches, I will stand up, and use both hands to punch down on the SU CS. It definately is better on paper, but I seem to have more trouble with the fiskars edge punch than MS. Good luck!

I love that image - one of my favs. You did a nice job sponging the fence. I had to take back my MS lace border punch. It didn't work well and seemed to get messed up on SU cardstock.
