Measurements: the image panel - 2 ¼ x 2 9/16 with 1/8 and 3/16 borders, striped layer 3 1/8 tapering to 3/16 to accommodate the border punch and its 4 ¼ wide, the light turquoise is 2 1/4 x 4 ¼
The black borders are strips that are glued to the card, not extra layers.
-The image is colored with Prismacolor pencils, baby oil and paper stumps using the Gamsol technique which you can find in the resources section here at SCS.
-The black borders under the punched borders are from the stamp punch and its the negative section that we normally throw away and I just glued it to the cardstock.
-The gems are attached with Diamond Glaze.
The ribbon is 3/4 strips that I also attached with Diamond Glaze. I attach one end then the other end is attached same side up and right next to the first one which gives the loop effect.
