This is for Mothermark's Teapot Tuesday Challenge: http://mothermark.blogspot.com/ AND Forums at Splitcoaststampers This week's teapot is a British Cop or Bobby and it looks like we're going to be doing some CSI work. It seems that someone did away with Mr. Boddy! Got a CLUE????
I arrived at Tudor Mansion at 9:03 AM. I started searching for CLUEs. I checked the Library, Ballroom, Billiard Room, Kitchen, and the Conservatory. In the Conservatory, I found Mrs. Peacock. She looks so innocent...too innocent! You can't fool me, even if you are a sweet little blue-haired old lady!!! I bet there's a weapon stashed in those plants somewhere. Can YOU find it??? (While you're looking, I'm going to go have some tea.)

If she is guilty of anything it is of talking your ear off telling that same old story about the GOOD OLD DAYS. She forgot that she told that story 5 mins. ago, and 15 mins. ago, and 2 hrs ago... I don't think Mr. Boddy died at all he just went missing. Maybe we will find him hiding in the basement with a cup of tea in his hand. I love your plant that you have growing on your card. Before the police come though you might want to tell Mrs. Peacock that the lovely little green plant in her room isn't what she thinks it is and if the police find it in her possession, she is going to be in big trouble!! And no it isn't for making tea with... at least not tea that I would drink.

Hahhhaaaa! Laughing at MariLynn's comments! Hmmmmm, this old bag had me fooled, I thought it was a nice house plant, I am calling Constable Chauncy right now to get the Narcs to look at this!
Your card is so cute, Love your fun image and the leaves and flowers are awesome!

This is a wonderful card and how clever to hide that weapon! If I didn't really believe that Plum is the guilty party, I would put my money on this sweet looking lady. Do you think they could have been on it together?
I love the coloring and how you put this altogether. Great job.

Well of course it is the plant and not from drinking any old tea, I think it is Audrey Jr. (Plant from Little Shop of Horrors) telling that poor little old woman, "Feed Me!", oh my, this may have gone to far...poor Mr Boddy. :(
Thanks so much for the giggles this morning, what fun and I do love your little old woman, she is adorable. Great card and story. TFS

Well, I'd never have seen the spanner if you hadn't pointed me in the right direction, it's certainly very well disguised. The problem with this tea-party is that there seem to be too many weapons and guilty people - soon I think Inspector Clouseau is going to have to arrest everybody - and then the fun will start.

I am sitting here recovering from root canal, in pain, however, you made me LOL! I just love the hidden weapon! So cleaver... I might just "case" your idea (such a nice way of saying "steal" isn't it?)

OMG! What a cute little old lady stamp....and she does look quite quilty...specially cuz her chair and outfit match the flowers so perfect! Your coloring is da bomb and I love your story! Me thinks you are one talented investigator...we are on to her!
Sorry I was so late in getting here to greet you! Inspector Clouseau heard the prime suspect was a little old blue haired lady and he was badgering the staff at a local hair dresser's shop cuz he wanted to get his questioning done! I have been trying to get the shop owner to let him out from under the hair dryer for over an hour! Yikes!
Your card rocks....and could send this to someone normal....they will never know there is evidence in the plant!!
