Our friends' baby was stillborn this week. No one wants to make a card like this, but hopefully it will provide some comfort to know that we are praying for them. I ended up re-doing the bear to make it more pink, and stamping Claire underneath.

This card is simply sweet and caring. A couple of years ago, I hostessed a challenge making sympathy cards for the loss of a child or infant, a miscarriage, or a stillborn baby. My sister and I have had too many losses over the years. We now support March of Dimes. And as a special ed teacher and a parent of a special needs child, I'm in a community/network of people that I occasionally need a card like yours. My heart goes out to your friend and her family. Hopefully she has lots of support for awhile with concrete things like grocery shopping, cleaning or even laundry. Remember her at all the firsts such as Christmas, Mother's Day, and the date of her loss. Sorry to ramble. I have this set and will remember this lovely card if I ever sadly have to use your idea with the glittered wings, pearls and the baby's name. TFS

I make baby cards for the hospital, and sometimes have to make baby sympathy cards as well. I will favorite yours, because it is just so perfect for a loss- I don't have the set you used, so will go look for that now. Thank you~ my thoughts to everyone who has been touched by this loss.
