An adorable little box which holds a single cupcake to give as a gift.
I just love the window in the top so that you can see the cupcake inside, and there is a piece of cardstock with a circular opening inside to form a stand which holds the cupcake in the center of the box. It is difficult to see in the photo, but there is a clear piece of acetate in the top of the box, so it is not just a big open hole.

Thanks.
And, this box is surprisingly very EASY.
Box - 9 1/2 x 9 1/2 cardstock
- score at 3" from all four sides
- at each corner, cut along one of the score lines up to the intersection (this forms a flap)
- fold the four sides up, and the flaps in
- adhere each flap to adjoining side to form the box
Lid - 7 x 7 b&t paper
- score at 1 11/16 (3 lines past 1 1/2" on your paper trimmer) from all four sides
- at each corner, cut along one of the score lines up to the intersection (this forms a flap)
- center the Circle Coluzzle template in the large square (formed by score lines) and cut desired size circle
- inside the lid, adhere a piece of acetate slightly larger than the circle (this can be a square, not a circle)
- fold the four sides and the flaps; adhere each flap to adjoining side to form the lid
Insert - 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 cardstock
- score at 1" from all four sides
- center the Circle Coluzzle template in the square (formed by score lines) and cut circle one size smaller than lid
- cut out entire corner plus a little more on each side to create a "V" shape
- fold on score lines and place insert in box; may need to trim the sides a bit more to fit in box
Hope this makes sense. Actually, it probably doesn't make a lot of sense just reading through it. lol But if you've ever made a box before, then you will understand the 'flap' creation. The insert is super easy - it's just a bit difficult to explain in writing.
