Here's the instructions from Kimm BT's website
Supplies:
Glossy cardstock
rubber brayer
dye ink pads- 1-3 colors your choice
wax paper
optional: versamark pad and pearlex powders
step 1:
Wad up in a ball a sheet of wax paper larger than your cardstock. Flatten it out on your table. With your dye ink pad, lightly rub the ink across the surface of the crinkled wax paper. The creases will pick up the most ink.
(Crinkling your wax paper alot or a little will give you different effects)
step 2:
Place your glossy cardstock on your table. Take your inked wax paper and turn it over, ink side down, on your glossy sheet.
With a rubber brayer, roll it across the wax paper to transfer the ink pattern onto the cardstock.
Allow your ink to dry.
step 3:
Add a second or third color by repeating each step with a fresh sheet of wax paper.
step 4:
Layer and embellish your card as desired.
This background is fast and fun... you'll want to make several sheets and try lots of colors!!
