Good day ladies .... I have always wanted to go to Peggy's Cove, Nova Scotia - so I am absolutely delighted to be able to join you ladies for the teapart today... By the way - My brother-in-law is a commercial fisherman and has given me some idea's on how we can catch the 42,000 lb 's of slimy fish to pay for our Lighthouse accommodations... I will bring the gps/sounder along to pinpoint where the school of fishies will be... After we have caught our quota, maybe we can kick back and sip a little of that SPECIAL tea after a hard days work
This card also qualifies for today's colour challenge - close to cocoa, taken with teal and very vanilla... There is a little dab of ruby red on the lighthouse...
I coloured the fish from On the fly set with a marker and stamped onto taken with teal, next I stamped the mesh bg with taken with teal over top of that school of fish, then I crumpled the paper and tore it into three strips. Matted with close to cocoa. Distressed and sewed edges. Stamped "For You" on lower right corner in Close to cocoa. Image was stamped onto water colour paper and coloured with SU reinkers. Matted with TT, CC and VV, distressed, sponged and sewed edges. I made an extra fish, coloured lightly with CC and highlighted with a white gel pen. Pierced a hole in the Steering wheel and attached with copper brad. Both panels are popped up.

The little porch looks just like the one on Cindy's pot. And I just love the ship's wheel you've added. I am sure you are going to steer us to the right place to fish. Lovely fish stamp, too.
