Okay, here goes my explaination....
For the outside:
Cut a piece of cardstock 2 3/4 x 9 3/4 inches. Score at 2 3/4', 3 1/2", 6 1/4", 7". For the front flap, use decorative scissors and cut up to make a "v" shape. Decorate as you like.
For the inside:
Cut 4 pieces of vellum 2 5/8 x 6 3/4 inches. Score at 2 1/2" and 5". Cut your top tab as you wish (I used the same decorative scissors as the outside). You can now stamp your vellum pockets as you wish. You could also put a little bit of 2-way glue pen on the inside of the flap and let dry so it is a moveable adhesive.
Now, take ribbon, hemp, fibers - whichever you choose. Cut enough so you are able to wrap around the bottom on the book and tie in a double knot. In each vellum pocket, place your "tie-er" of choice flat to the bottom fold and around the outside of the book. These keep each tea pocket in place. When you are done, tie all of them together and voila! Done.
Please PM me if this does not make sense. This, of course, can be changed to meet any size.
