I made this for TLC233. Heat embossed the Santa Image and then colored with Copic markers, a glitter pen and Stickles. Mounted him on foam dots attached to a belly band. Martha Stewart Border Punch for the scalloped border. Cut out some of the candycanes from the DP and placed them inside on the red strip. White & Silver ribbon used for the pulls.
