THIS ISN'T LIKE THE DOUBLE POCKET CARDS IN THE TECHNIQUE SPOTLIGHT, but it keeps getting moved there. This was for today's technique challenge 233. I really struggled with this one. I do like how it turned out. Had to alter the measurements. I made paper flowers to go on the belly band. I added glass beads to the centers of the flowers. I also added leaves and a porcelain paper butterfly. On the inside pockets I made more paper flowers. I am still deciding on whether to add beads to those too. I am afraid they might make it too bulky. I stamped monarch butterflies on the pocket inserts. I colored the butterflies with my prisma colored pencils. I left a lot of open spaces, because I am not sure how I will use this card. I added blue panels and polka dot dp to add accents.
