I adhered the tacks to the back of the shrink plastic with crystal effects. I have another one I got at regionals and the tacks are still on strong. I don't know the exact dimensions, the corkboard is actually adhered on to the cardstock. I used Crystal Effects to adhere everything. My guess on the dimensions is about 5 x 5, I bought the cork board at Walmart and I just cut the cardstock about 1/2 inch bigger than the cork board.

Wow I love this idea! I may have to make one for my kitchen. How did you adhere the cork to the card stock? I have a roll of cork and can't see to get it to adhere to anything without curling back up.

You might want to lay it out before you adhere it. Put something heavy on it to let it lay flat for a few days. I adhered my cork to the cardstock with crystal effects and layed something heavy on it so it would dry flat.
