I just got back from vacation and found that I completely missed one of my closest friends birthdays :( So, I whipped up this card today using the Color Throwdown (CTD53) palette and Taylor VanBruggen's sketch challenge (TECC76) for the layout.
I crocheted this flower during the drive to Ohio. Unfortunately, I don't have a pattern to share...I was just making it up as I went along I think it turned out cute! Now to find an envelope it will fit in...

Kristin, ole buddy, ole friend, so GOOD to hear from you. Thanks for all your kind comments on my gallery. I think we've both had the same problem - BUSY!!! Seems to be everywhere now days!! LOL!!! I see I've missed some might fine creations you have here. I love how you whipped up that crochet flower as you went - now, that's talent!!! This is a beautiful, clean card. Love all the details, the crochet flower, the buttons, paper piercing, ribbon, cross-stitching and colors!! I think you more than made up for being just a little late with your friend's card!!! Great job! TFS!
