WOW, CAS today was like, try a new technique for me, I kept saying, oh I need to try stitching on my cards, yeah ! I kept putting it off, and this morning I read CAS is stitching, no turning back now or putting it off again..
I didn't have a lot of time, but I tried my best...
I got that little PC sew crafty mini out, for the first time ( had it for years )and sewed the branch, paper pierced the leaves ( faux stitching), and used the reg sewing machine to sew around the outside....
Last Monday I made a nest with eggs in it for the CAS25 and TLC231 (quilling) challenges, I figured they had time to hatch and here are the baby birds
I chalked the sky using a scallop punch, then I smudged it all up , YUP, cause I was in a hurry..
So..... not that happy with it, but uploaded it anyway,
No sentiment, kept it clean....
Thanks for looking

OMG I love your stitched branch and leaves! Your entire card is so cute! The sky is perfect - I'll have to remember to smudge the chalk on the sky on my next card!!
