I made this card for the CCEE challenge this week, which was to use floral DP and at least one brad.
This card was led by the paper - after I found the paper, the dotted trails made me think of a butterfly. And the scalloped flowers made me think of putting the butterfly on a scalloped circle, and from there I went to a suspension card. The only complicated thing was getting all the circles lined up.
I cut the blue card to the same size as the A2 base, and the patterned paper 1/4" smaller. Then I layered the whole thing up with temporary adhesive and folded the card round the white spacer plate. The Nestabilities cut through the paper and the blue card, but even after two passes it still hadn't cut the base card. So I unassembled everything and cut the white card on its own - at least there was a good impression to place the die in by now. Then I cut the scallop out of the paper layer, and layered it back on the blue.
I stamped the butterfly twice on white card and punched it out with a circle punch, then layered each one up onto a blue scalloped circle. I laid some blue embroidery cotton across the centre, being careful to arrange both the circles with the butterflies flying up, and stuck them together. Then I stuck them to the back of the blue card, and stuck that back onto the white base. I used some more of the patterned paper for the scalloped border along the top, layered on green. The tag was cut with a Spellbinders die and stamped with a Hero Arts sentiment. I threaded a ribbon through from the back and looped it over the top scalloped border, securing it with an orange gem brad. Popped the scalloped border up on thin foam, and added a blue bow to the tag.

What a sweet spinner card! I clearly see how the dots would have you think of a butterfly trail. Well, everything makes me think of butterflies, so I guess that's part of it .... fabu, Sabrina!
