The base card is Chocolate Chip that I layered with some Soft Sky and DP from TAC's Rustic Chic collection. I stamped the image and water colored it. I also colored in the wheel portion and then cut it out. Once cut out I used my hand held punch to make the little notches in the wheel so it would be easier to turn. If you look in the up close picture I added some fun flock to the sheep so they'd be fuzzy. I added the whole image panel on to the card with foam tape so you can spin it easier. The little chicken sitting in the middle of the card is a brad cover. A little stickles on the flowers and I was done. OH! The card is actually 5" x 5" ~ I had to make an envelope too.
