This might be one of my very favourite things to quill - rainbow lollipops! This card uses up a whole bunch of Basic Grey scraps (guilty hoarder that I am) from Romani & Cupcake. The quilled piece is done with different rainbow colours in a tight circle, letting each colour dry in shape before starting the next layer. I used a neat 'shimmer' quilling paper for this When the rainbow circle was done, I glued a trimmed toothpick onto the seam where the paper ended, and then used a scrap of plastic from a sticker package to wrap around the whole 'lollipop' and fastened it with a scrap of wire from ribbon I'd 'de-wired'.
The "thanks" is done with leftover mm rubons, the metal arrow is from deep in my embellishment stash...the rhinestones are from the dollar store (score!), and the sentiment 'that was so sweet of you' is from a SU! set, "Sweet of You", stamped in Colorbox lipstick red chalk ink. I think that's everything!

I just can't believe that noone has commented on this fabulous card!! Wow. It is going in my favorites. I love your quilled lollipop. Right now I am sitting at my desk thinking that I wished I had a toothpick so I could make one too. I love the rhinestone sweetness meter. Everything about this card is unbelievable!!!
