Hi! This card was made for today's Sketch Challenge.
Markie picked out roses to take to my mother yesterday. We try to take fresh flowers every other day to her, as she enjoys them. She loves anything Markie chooses, so it makes trips to the florist an adventure. I saw the most interesting rose in the display case and decided to try to recreate it for today's challenge. I stamped the images in Versa Mark and embossed in Silver. Next, I colored in with Shimmerz, Twinkling H2O's and finished with Copic Markers. I cut out the images and added them to the base.

Wow, Faith, I'm loving the pretty punched edges that seems to have replaced your dots. This is a masterpiece.

What a beautiful elegant card. It would be perfect for a mothers day card. Love your watercolouring and the bg paper matches so wonderfully. Love the ribbon also and the punched border just adds to the overall elegance of the card. Great job, Faith......
