A co-worker asked me to make a card for her granddaughter, who will be three. She requested a cowgirl theme. I don't have any stamps of cowgirls or anything like that at all, so I drew this. My friend Marie-alice (aka Ladybug91743) helped me a great deal because she actually knows what cowgirl stuff and horses look like.
Then I stamped the Penny Black butterflies and flowers.
This card is an odd size - 5.5" x 7". In hindsight I should've sized the drawing for a 5" x 7" card. Argh. Now I have to modify an envelope for it.

What a perfect card, love your image, you did an amazing job both drawing and coloring. You cracked me up with your comment about now having to make an envelope. I hate when I do that too

WOW Sophie.... This card really turned out nice. I love all your sponging for the bg and of course your watercolouring is always exquisite.... love the stickles also and the dots on the bow and the necktie. Wonderful job and I am sure lady at work will love it.
