My little froggy was hiding on my first card. Well can you blame him? He is only 1/4" big.
I made this for the color challenge too - especially if my water counts and being neutral. Water is clear isn't it? It just looks blue on this card.
I made the background with bubble wrap and bliss blue ink. I quilled my water lilly. There is a close up and more details on how I made the water lilly on my blog:

The bubble wrap makes such cool water, MariLynn. And I really like that frayed ribbon, makes me think of reeds and rushes. I am glad that dinky little frog came out of hiding - I'll go and scare all the herons away so that he doesn't get gobbled up.

Another beautiful lily pad. That little guy looks like a tree frog but if he is in the water I guess he knows what he is doing! Your layering adds such a nice dimension to your card.
