I played from this roomÂ’s photo, I liked the two different colors with the branch separating the two, I had this idea in my head even before I saw the photo and this just gave me a little push to get it done. Thanks for the challenge!
-I die cut the flourish first.
-Cut two paper the same size and flip one over to the back side and lie the flourish upside down on the back and arrange it to your liking and just a little lower than where you want it to be as the finished card.
-Trace along the edge of the flourish with pencil.
-Secure the two pieces of designer paper together (I used the blue painters tape) and cut the two layers freehand at one time.
-On the back side tape one of the each design together.
-On the front side glue the flourish in place.
-The flowers and butterflies were both paper sculpted using a metal ball stylus.
-Diamond Glaze was used as an adhesive for the gem embellishments and application of glitter on the butterflies.
-Prismacolor pencils were used to add color to the butterflies.
-The corner feature is from the Iron Eagle punch from EK Success.
-The inside flowers were left flat and a 1/8” circle punch was used to add a silver cardstock center. Assemble and attach to the card with tacky glue.
-The envelope is hand cut and folded and before gluing together I marked the spot and punched the three flowers.
-On the inside I applied a piece of clear packing tape and poured on glitter. Dust it off and youÂ’re ready to glue the envelope shut.
-A piece of double sided tape with a paper backing on it is applied to the flap to sealing. This will probably go in a charity box otherwise I would tacky glue it closed.

What a wonderful and lovely sentiment Roxie!! What lovely and colourful paper - and yet subtle at the same time......love what you've done with joining the papers with a cool swirl - very creative and lovely!
