Wanted to make a card for the Stampin'B's challenge #16 to make a tall card with no stamps.
I have had this rooster rub-on I have been wanting to use for a while. Went to this wonderful blog, Stamped in His Image http://stampedinhisimage.blogspot.co...ing-retro.html and found directions for the Fancy Fold card. I tried to do it justice. If I do another one, I'll put another layer under my dp as she did. I made my dimensions a little different. I meant to make my card 3 3/4 x 8 1/2 because I have seen envies for that size. Mine is 4 x 8 1/2. Guess I'll have to make my own envelope. My sentiment is computer generated....no stamps used

Wow. I love this card, and I am not fond of roosters. I use to think they were so cool, and then we got one. I was at the coop telling him how pretty he was and he seemed to really like it. I turned around to go back to the house and that mean thing ran up behind me and spurred me. I thought a snake had bitten me. When I turned around, he got me on the front too. I drop kicked him, but he kept coming back - I started fearing for my life (honestly). I guess I screamed pretty loud because my DH came running. He shot the thing three times and got him each time - but he was so tough he ran down the street and we never saw him again. Long story I know, but I wanted you to know that for me to say I love your rooster card is really something! Great job.
