Make re-inker background with cotton swab and rubbing alcohol, lightly spread weakened colour in a wash accross gloss card and then stamp image on this piece with Staz On.
Mount onto matching cardstock and embellish card with fitting accessories, in this case the large eyelets (a bit reminiscent of life rings or port holes) and the lovely fat jute (string) to resemble old rope.
