This is for Mothermark's Tuesday teapot challenge. To see the challenge and understand the babble below go to Team Teapot Tuesday in Stage 16 by Mothermark at Splitcoaststampers
Used many pop ups on this card. The stickles at the bottom is supposed to represent the slimy trail that snails leave when traveling. Got the Martha Stewart daisy stickers on a clearance table at Big Lots. Now I need to tell you my story.
There were three snails crossing the road. Along came the peloton and one snail never made it across. The other two snails quickly hid but thought they should send a get well card to the fellow on the bike (squished snails can be very slippery!) A group of women stampers had stopped to watch the race. The snail being hit was enough for them and they left to have tea! But, lo and behold, someone (no names mentioned) had invited a snail to tea!!

Marilynn, I love how your daisy stickers look. (They are even better when you can get them on sale!!!) Your little snails are so cute. Like Kelly said, I didn't know how thoughtful snails could be either. I am glad that you mentioned how slippery those snail trails can be. We don't want any of the ladies slipping.

Love your snails, love your slime and the story is charming ... but ... did you say there is a snail in the tea? Oh no, I guess you said a snail AT the tea.
Escargot can just stay in France as far as I am concerned, I can't quite see eating snails OR drinking them in my tea.

We still have those stickers at Mikes here at full price. We are behind the times. Love this slimey little story. This is the perfect snail image for the teapot challenge. Knowing these stampers they would be helping them snails along so they don't get hurt. Super job..

Three little snails, sliding across the road!
One got smooshed by a biker I am told!
Two little snails crawling to the side!
One got scared and decided he should hide!
One little snail, continued on his way.
Found himself drinking tea on this fine day!
Hows that for a poem!!! Oh brudder!!!
What fun your card is and how appropriate! Give me warm fuzzies that your snails were worried about the rider! A get well card will do wonders during the *agony of defeat*!
I am proud of you too, you can actually used this card for sumthin! You know a get well card! Giggle!
Love that you are in France with us....You should shift gears now, we are coming up to a big hill!
