Congratulations Diane (aka Minnidr) - I love looking through your wonderful gallery.... Enjoy your day in the spotlight.
I chose to case this gorgeous water coloured rose card called "Fifth Avenue Rose" FIFTH AVENUE ROSE by minnidr at Splitcoaststampers
I also combined it with this weeks Limited Supply challenge - to use either your High School colours or wedding colours - I chose my wedding colours - grey, red and white. And also this weeks Our Creative corners challenge called triple play... http://ourcreativecorner6.blogspot.c...iple-play.html - to use at least three of the embellishments out of the list that is supplied. Also this works for the Doubledog Dare challenge - weddings.
I tried Patty Bennett's water colour technique found on her tutorial - http://pattystamps.com/pattys_stampi...-tutorial.html
I didn't have the Fifth Avenue Rose image or the embossing folder she used.
I changed the Rose stamp and used a different CB folder, leaf die cut and different sentiment. Added ribbon, heart spiral clip, rhinestone bling, Designer Label Hardware and silver brads.
I need to practice the watercolour technique more, But am happy with how this turned out.

Your watercoloring on your beautiful rose looks terrific. Great use of the silver hardware, especially that heart clip to hold the ribbon. Beautiful work!
