Hello everyone..hope you are staying cool...it's going to be another 100+ degree day today in Central Texas so I think I'll stay home and stamp all day!!! This is a great challenge, Judy....I chose to make a card with my high school (Ames High School in Ames, Iowa) colors of orange and black...go Little Cyclones!!! The Rubbernecker Partytime image was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with Copics. The little Martha Stewart Butterfly qualifies this for the StampinB's challenge to use butterflies. This is also for Sharon Johnson's Stamp Simply challenge to make a project of usderstated elegance using black, white, and a pop of another color as long as the black and white are the main colors. Sworaskie Crystals were added to the butterfly and flowers on the cake. A clip with ribbon (challenge requirement), orange ribbon under the image, and circular black crystals finish it off. TFL and have a wonderful day!!!

I'm all over that stay in and stamp idea. It's 100+ in SO CAL too! Really pretty design, Joan. I like the DSP shape and the loop of crystals. Great textures and color balance too! Guess I'm getting sappy, sorry. LISM!

You did a great job taking black and orange and making it NOT look like a Halloween card! Love your layout and those gorgeous crystals!
