I made this card for Monday's clean & simple challenge. Monday's challenge was an inspiration challenge. I have to say that there were tons of prints to pick from and I could have kept making more and more cards....LOL
I've sort of been on a Christmas card kick lately, so I decided to make Christmas cards today. I'm hoping that when November arrives I won't have to scramble trying to hurry and make all of my holiday cards at once.
I thought of this stamp set. This is a stamp set that I have never used before. I got it long ago in an ebay auction, it's an older SU stamp set called Over the River.
My card was easy to make, but it did take me some time to do the coloring. I just stamped my image and colored it using SU watercolor crayons and blender pen. Then I used my scor-pal to create the two score lines just below my image. My sentiment is from SU's All Year Cheer stamp set.

I just had to leave a comment about your card - it's absolutely gorgeous!! Beautiful colouring of the image, and love the Scor-pal lines - looks awesome. I'm a 'lots of layers girl' but this card shows me that you don't need tons of layers to make a beautiful card. This one is going into my fav's! Thanks for inspiring me.
