Made for Mothermark's Teapot Tuesday Challenge #55--"What's On the Menu?"
So sorry I'm late, ladies--I've been at the bank and the lawyer's office ALL DAY, and haven't brought a THING to the party! But you'll never believe what happened to me in Ireland!
Do you remember the genealogical research I was doing while the rest of you were off having your tea party? Well, I discovered a long, lost RICH uncle, who had left his "American relatives" in his will!
You all have been so welcoming to me, that I just COULDN'T let your past-due traveling expenses go unpaid...so I paid them off! And there is MUCH more where THAT came from...so pull out ALL the stops for next week! The Tea Party can go ANYWHERE, EVERY week, for a LONG, LONG time!
I hope this explains satisfactorily why I am so late today, and that I came without a covered dish to offer. {Actually, that's not completely true--I can cook, but don't like to. My job at family get-togethers is to bring the relish tray...;) }

I love your card. I especially like the ribbon. That was so sweet of you to pay for the traveling expenses. I think Cindy should take a poll about where we should travel to next.

Thankyou! How very kind! Having to travel all the way from Australia, I am often late to the party and a bit jet lagged. So, how about a tea party in Sydney, Australia?
Wow, fabulous work on this (the CARD, I mean, although paying off the airline arrears sure was fabulous, too, lol!), perfect for all of the world travellers here!!! TFS!

Wow, I always did want to sit right next to you! Really, I did, and not just for the money! How very generous you are to bring this instead of a relish tray!
I am with Shirley- Australia would be great! We could move in on Lovely Linda and party at her house too! She makes some delish desserts! Of course, you could come here, and we would take your fat stack of cash to Pocket Full of Treasure, and you could leave with the prettiest DP and embelli's you ever saw! You in? Thanks so much for the chuckle, your card is great!

That looks so good, the money stash an the sentiment of course. LOL
Awww, the fun we will be having with that. So, I need a lipo at the thighs, breast reduction, stomach, eye, . Well that's only beginners okay, then I need to get this new scraphouse, so we can invite all the girls and just pretend we are serious cardmakers. By the time we get all this done, buying, remodeling so everybody has their needs met, I guess I'll be needing more surgery. Bwaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhh!
Great card, see what you sparked in me, good to see you at the party. I think I can get you a nice bowl of hot soup and pasties from Darla and Sabrina. I could sit and watch your money bag, no problemo dear! TFS
NOTE: Forgot to say that I love the Tigger song too.
