This is for Mothermark's Tuesday Teapot challenge. To understand the babble below go to Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
and scroll down to Cindy's teapot.
As you will see the imaginations really work overtime with this challenge. Keep checking back and you will see what I mean.
I thought because many guests were bringing dishes to share I would provide recipe cards and mini folders for each collection of each guest. I better get moving if I am going to make cards for all the dishes and all the guests LOL.
As I was getting ready to post I noticed Sabrina is way ahead of the game and has her recipe ready to go. Who knows we might become rich and famous when we publish all the recipes. Well, then again, maybe not.

Marilynn, when you get the Mothermark Tuesday Teapot Cookbook all put together, I want to order several copies. I love your idea to make the little recipie cards. A much better way to find a recipie than using a search engine on the computer.(Read about it in the description on my card) The dp that you used on your card and holder is so pretty.

What a brilliant idea - there must already be several recipes queuing up to go in here, mostly from MariLynn. I know I nearly brought my brownie recipe one week, but she had already brought hers, and too much of a good thing is too fattening, LOL.

Oh this is perfect for what I brought.....put worm on hook, put in teapot, catch sushi, eat. I think that's how it goes. These cards are so cute. I want everyone's recipes. After all I am a recipe collector or sorts. Looking forward to all the tasty goodies here. Love your card and idea! TFS :0)

So love this cute and practical idea you had Marilynn. What fun recipes we could include in there...kind of scary when you think about the chocolates I had last week though. LOL
Very clever and sweet. Have fun, I'm having some soup right now, come join me, there will be pasties along soon. Yummy!

Do you honestly think that the tea-potters are gonna follow a recipe? Do you, huh? Have they ever followed any sort of rules, instructions, special requests, sweetly asked favors or flat out demands? Oh, I get it....I see what you mean! This is a get rich quick scheme! Compile the cookbooks, publish them, sell em to the teapotters and the families and friends quick and who cares what's done after that! You are brilliant! Money up front, all is good!
Whisper....the recipes don't even have to be edible do they? They will never figure it out! They make food outa paper half the time! I love it!!! I am in!!!
What a perfect little project for this teaparty! You and Sabrina are spot on this week! You are smart too, you might actually be able to USE this for something! Giggle!

Hey - who says us tea-potters don't follow recipes! Want to see my recipe book collection, LOL. I gave up counting once it got beyond a hundred. We may be avid tea-partiers but that doesn't make us as mad as hatters.
p.s. Marilynn, strong flour is flour which has more gluten in it than normal flour, so it's typically used for yeast breads and puff pastry, where it helps develop a strong structure to hold the air, (and Cornish Pasty pastry). If there's something sold as bread flour in the States, that would be the equivalent.

Here's my CAT-erers' recipe for soupe du jour:
5 little field mice (nothing over 1 pound a piece or the meat has a tendency to be tough and chewy)
1 stick of good ol' fashion artery cloggin' butter
pinch of salt to taste
lots and lots of onions to mask the mousie....er, I mean chicken flavor
6 cups of water
Throw everything into the pot and stir until done!
Doesn't that just yummylicious, Marilynn? I love your brilliant idea to bring the recipe cards. Mind ya, now, though, I don't really cook. Never have cared much about cookin'. Much rather be stampin' and have someone else do the cookin' fer me (like my sweet DH---nyuck, nyuck, nyuck!)
Your card is so pretty! Who brought the chocolate? I need some chocolate. Let's go find some chocolate, k? I need to get this mousie taste off my palate.
