This week, Sabrina has invited us to Dublin to have our tea party in the botanical gardens! Another trip over the pond! I hope that the teapartiers don't get too rowdy this week because the botanical gardens are supposed to be a tranquil spot! I hope Sabrina knows what she is doing!
I stamped my images with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored them with Copic markers. I stamped the doves 4 times, two with my mirror image stamp to reverse their direction. Popped them up on Pop-Dots and covered them in Liquid Pearls to make the shimmer. You can't see in the photo, but I added sparkle to the flowers with Spica Pens.
Thanks, Cindy, for the invite to the party and thanks, Sabrina, for having us over to the gardens!

Ooooo, is this ever gorgeous and lovely, Carla! I love the liquid pearls on your doves. They are so beautiful and elegant that I bet they don't do anything as crass as excreting bird doo-doo on tea partiers. Did you remember your hat, by the way?

What a pretty dove image Carla. I do love your lovely roses. Your colors are so pretty too. I love how you added liquid pearl to the doves. Cool idea.
Now, I'm sitting at the end of the gardens all alone with my boxes filled with chocolate. Seems, I have left a scented trail around me, no one wants to come near me. I am wearing a hat, so no bird doo-doo on me...oh you mean it's not bird doo-doo you smell. LOL

This is one beautifully colored card. To the head of the table you go. I bet your birds are really ceramic so we won't have to worry about you know what.

I hope we don't loose any teapartiers in the pond! Thatsa lotta lilly pads and frogs, I would not want to have to be swimming to the shore through all of that! We have been doing quite the traveling!
Your card is gorgeous! What a beautiful rose image that is! And the little yellow flowers are just perfection with this teapot. Its fun having all you guys show up earlier...more time to toast our tea and lift our pinkies! You are most welcome for the invite Carla, wouldn't be the same without you! What a beautiful card! And guess what? Its a birthday card, you can actually send it to someone! Giggle!

Oh Carla, you always make the most prettiest cards ever! I love those shiny doves. Your flowers are gorgeous. Be careful though, there are some mouses dressed up as bees here today in the gardens. Don't want them nippling on your wonderful card. Awesome job. TFS :0) P.S. Watch out for the poop!
