CAS22 Happy 2nd Birthday, Holly

The CAS challenge is to create a birthday card. My friend's little girl is turning two, so I created a card with 2 sparkly balloons for little Holly. I just punched a scalloped border on the DP, on a Vanilla base. The balloons are stamped on DP, cut out and mounted on Mambo Melon. The Sentiment is also stamped on Mambo. Stickles are placed on the balloons and polka dots.
