This is my card for today's challenge.
We were to take our inspiration from posters and this is the one I chose: http://www.posters.com/pv-444755_Poppies.html
It reminded me of the Poem "Flanders Field"
This is a poem that remembers all of our fallen soldiers.
I used a beautiful photo that was sent to me of a field of wild poppie's. I always kept it because the poppy is my favorite flower.
For the cs I used Old Olive, Pink Passion and Regal Red.
The image was printed on WW.
The sentiment is computer generated.
For the border die I used a new one "for me", Spellbinders/piercerabilities/5 1/2" Fancy Scalloped Border.
This is so neat, you can cut edges, emboss and pierce all in one pattern.
To add a little bit of jazz, I added a gorgeous gem brad.
Well that's it, hope you like it.
