I know, I know, I'm REALLY early but if I don't do it now, I won't get it done tomorrow. Family is coming and we're having a huge celebration at our house. Mom is feeling so much better since she's finished her chemo so we're all ready to play! This week's TSC said to use fruit on your card. I looked it up and Watermelon is both a fruit and veggie! This past weekend, Luling, the small town Mom lives near, had their annual Watermelon Thump. They are said to be the Watermelon capital of the world. So this card is a tribute to Luling, Mom and for the TSC. The Watermelon DP is from Hobby Lobby, I colored the HM with copics. Drew the red border with a Red broad tip Sharpie. The second panel is stamped with vines and colored with markers and bordered the same way. Hope I met this week's challenge, y'all have a very nice 4th of July (even if you don't celebrate it where you are). Pray for rain!

This is so cute, Tates. I like how you put the vine behind your image. I almost used the same stamp and then decided on bees. I love that dp and I haven't seen it at our HL. Maybe next trip.

Oh my goodness, isn't this just the cutest little mouse. We are having our first watermelon this year and this makes my mouth water thinking about it. I love your papers and agree the vine is a great addition. Good job on the coloring and putting it all together. Love it and you! TFS

Lovely little guy! Love the red and green so summery too, because we use them for Christmas too. So glad your mom's finished with chemo! Celebrate life, I am too from here in body but with you in spirit. TFS Hugs, Phyllis.

Awww this is so sweet. I love the watermelon. I was just commenting to Shirley that I bought a whole melon and plan on eating it myself. Great job. So glad your mom is feeling better. Hugs to you...
