 | | I had some left-over fireworks from the last card, so I whipped out this one in record time. I told someone last week that I 'collect' rub-ons, so I made it a point to actually use some on this card. The base card is textured CS, so rub-ons provide a clearer sentiment. I pulled out some dew drops in white, a little striped ribbon, done!
