Today's challenge was to use bold brights.
I asked DH for ideas, and he said a rainbow. This isn't quite what he was thinking of, as he also said bright green grass and a little red house on a hill...but I thought a rainbow would make a good card to send to Dawn, after reading this on Mothermark's blog.
I used a compass to draw my rainbow and painted it with H2Os. I masked it, and stamped the tree from Thoughts and Prayers in bright green, stamped off once, and then the sentiment in blue. I added some birds from October Afternoon, and that was my simple OLC card done and dusted. It's still too hot here for much creativity.
TFL, and thanks Julia for pushing me out of my comfort zone. My current knitting project is full of jewel colours, but I'm not so good at using them on cards.
