It all started innocently enough... I was looking for some buttons for another card I was making, and re-discovered these gigunda plastic neon ones from "back in the day"... Since the ways-to-use-it challenge for today is to use bold, bright colors, I figured what the hey...? I might've gotten a little carried away - this is more "stuff" than I usually pile on a card! I needed to add pink around the edge of the sentiment heart, and I don't have any neon pink ink, so I scribbled on a sponge with a neon pink highlighter and applied that to my heart. Amazing what we crafters come up with when we need to, eh? That's the whole story - thanks for looking!

Neon is right! But wow, those colours against the black and white check are just wonderful. I guess the black helps tone them down just a little, and all that blue ribbon is just fabulous the way you've arranged it.
