My great niece is a "tween." She LOVES to play with Barbies with her younger cousins, and is very sweet. However, she doesn't share that information with her friends....I decided to make this "grown up on the outside" tin for her!
The butterfly is a Shapeabilities die from Spellbinders. After it was cut and embossed, I rubbed an Always Artichoke pad over the embossed areas and then sponged on Pretty In Pink, Regal Rose and Rose Red along the bottom. I sponged on Certainly Celery at the top. The tips of the wings and open section at the top were sponged with Orchid Opulence. I added Dazzling Diamonds to the wings! The sky was sponged in.

BEAUTIFUL!! Awesome dp and the layering is so pleasing to the eye. Your placement of embellishments and ribbon is something I study because they are always placed perfectly. You are a great teacher. tfs.
