When I learned that we were having tea at Windsor Castle today with the Queen of England, I immediately called my friend Eliza for some lessons in manners and etiquette. She taught me how to speak like a lady and walk like a lady and hold my little pinky high while delicately sipping my tea with royalty like a lady!
I told Bertie that she had to be on her best behavior this week, even while standing in line at the castle with all of the others. I know she's really, reeeeeealllly tempted to flirt with those cute guards at the castle doors, but I told her she didn't want to ruin it for the others by getting kicked out before we even get in!!! Needless to say, Bertie won't be standing too close to Schirmcat because she really is the naughty one of the group, and Bertie can be led astray so easily.

So, in honor of my dear friend Cindy's 52nd week of Teapot Tuesdays, I hereby submit my CAS entry for admission to high tea at the castle! Congratulations, Cindy! You host the bestest tea parties, evah!!
Cindy's offering some fabulous candy on her blog if you play in her challenge this week in honor of her one-year anniversary of Teapot Tuesdays. http://mothermark.blogspot.com/

Now Charlene, you didn't swipe that gold chain off of the Queen's dressing table did you? I told you I would buy you a souvenir at the gift shop. Catgondek has left pink fingerprints every where.
You are such a sweetie to link my teapot. I love your CAS card. The three panels with the flowers is perfect for the little teapot.

This is not my commnet!
Rut roh! When you called me to get Eliza's phone number I didn't know you were looking for lessons in etiquette and manners! Eliza doesn't know anything about that! Eliza's the one that got kicked out of finishing school, at Windsor Castle, the one that the Queen personally blogged about!! OMG! Bertie, you are always getting stuff mixed up! Now we are gonna have to hide you from the Queen and her people! If she gets wind that one of the Tea Partier's has been hanging with Eliza learning the ropes, there will be no tea and probably no flight back home!
Bertie, put on one of those big ole black furry hats and try to make your big M & M butt look smaller. I never seen a guard from Buckingham Palace with a big butt Bertie butt, except for Mutnik, her polar bear butt is pretty big! (Didn't we do butts last week?) Okay, come on, this way, pretend you are marching! Can't believe you got us into this mess!

This is my comment!
You do CAS wonderfully! I love that you got the gold trim in your card and the pretty little flowers! It looks just like the teapot! I am so happy you were able to come again this week. Hee! I might have to re-write the rules about how many chances to win the blog candy as I think every single one of us has multiple personalities, maybe even two or three! Giggle!
Your card is great!
P.S. If Marilynn is right and you stole that necklace from the Queen, remind me to call Eliza when we get back in town and tell her what an awesome tutor she is!

Oh No....the neckless is missing and Marilynn is right just like Mothermark said...You stole it right out of the Queens dressing table...now we are all going to get in trouble....and I bought this new dress and everything to be taken away by those big, handsome guards...hummm.
Oh and your card....I love it. I might have to CAS it from you but leaving the gold chain out.

OH gosh, you caught the essence of that teapot and added in the queen's bling as well. Beautiful card, beautifully done.
Of course I am sitting in the klink because MY fingerprints were all over the place and they are trying to get me to tell them who stole the necklace if it wasn't me ... but I won't tell, I promise!

Beautiful card, Charlene! I love your tall blossoms and the regal gold cord! You've matched the teapot perfectly! There are no worries that you will be perfectly polite with the Queen, but I'm not sure about a few of the others! I wouldn't want those guards locking us up so far away from home! Yikes! What a wonderful way to celebrate a year of teaparties!

Well, Charlene, they will be escorting you right up to the front of the line with this lovely & elegant card!!! That would be best anyway because hanging around the others would definitely give you a bad reputation!!!

You're not suppose to use the stolen goods on your card Charlene.! Someone might put two and two together and figure out who really stole the necklace.......BTW, your card is gorgeous. I just love how you made a clean and simple look so elegant. Hmmm must be the stolen goods! LOL TFS :0) Now just where did you get all that gold for the edging? huh Charlene.

FANTASTIC layout, Charlene! But methinks that gold you are trying to hide behind those panels is THE QUEEN'S MISSING NECKLACE! I have NO money left after having to bail Mutnik and Sabrina out of jail for the ruckus they caused in line! Even though you are naughty, I would miss you if you were stuck in England! So quick, put a handwritten note of apology in this beautiful card and send it off to the Queen quickly! And hope for leniency.....SNUGS and best of luck!
