The carriage is made with the Sizzix original carriage die. ( older red die) possible retired
* I cut two pieces out of cs, and two from dp.
* I cut a piece of cs, 3 inches wide by 8 1/2 inches long. Scored both sides 1/2 inch. I cut (slits)notches on both scored sides to be able to curve around the carriage diecut pieces.
* I used 1/8 inch scor-tape on both carriage sides to adhere the notched piece to. Then I cut off the extra I didn't need. (the piece only needs to be about 7 1/4 inches long, but I like to have a little extra just in case)
* I also cut a couple extra carriage diecuts to finish the inside.
I hope this makes sense, I've been up since 3:20am.
Of course I had to make a matching note card.
It's great for a gift card or candy... I would have put candy in it,to take the photo, but as usual I ate it. (chocolate doesn't last to long in the house)
